With that in mind, we have put together these clear cancellation guidelines so you know exactly what to expect when you place an order with us.

Order Cancellation Window

The 12-Hour Grace Period

If you need to cancel your order and want a full refund, simply reach out to us within 12 hours of placing your order. Our team will take care of it promptly and without any hassle.

After 12 Hours

Once that 12-hour window has passed, your order is already moving through our process. Our team is likely prepping your golf cart, coordinating logistics, or scheduling freight. Because things are already in motion, we are unable to cancel orders after this point.

The Processing Phase

As soon as an order enters active processing, we can no longer make modifications or cancel the purchase. The only exception to this is updating your delivery destination, and only if the cart has not yet left our lot.

Shipping Address Modifications

If your order is already being processed but you need it delivered to a different location, do not panic. As long as your golf cart has not been assigned to a transport carrier or physically shipped out, we can usually still update the delivery address for you. Please call or email our support team as soon as possible so we can catch it in time.

Orders That Have Shipped

Once your golf cart has been loaded onto a transport truck or assigned to a shipping carrier, the order is locked in and can no longer be canceled. If you decide you no longer want the cart after it has shipped, you will need to follow the procedures outlined in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
